Settings and Support

Settings controls account, team, billing, and integration setup. Use the settings sidebar to move between profile, general team settings, brands, integrations, notifications, plan and billing, preferences, members, and ad accounts.

Profile shows the signed-in email, password options, connected Google account, and delete account action.

Common checks

  • Confirm the active team and brand before reporting a missing item.
  • Check credits and upgrade status from the top navigation.
  • Use support when a generated asset, export, or scheduled item does not behave as expected.

More menu

The main sidebar More menu opens Settings, theme switching, and support. Settings routes to the profile page by default. Support opens the in-app Help Scout beacon when it is available.

When to use Settings

  • Use Profile for personal account access.
  • Use General for team-level naming and ownership changes.
  • Use Brands when adding or cleaning up brand records.
  • Use Integrations and Ad Accounts when Ad Monitor or platform sync is missing data.
  • Use Notifications when email, desktop push, or Slack routing needs adjustment.
  • Use Plans and Billing when credits, payment, plan limits, or auto top-up need review.
  • Use Team Members when inviting teammates or changing roles.
