Scheduler keeps planned creative work visible on a calendar. Use it for launch timing, campaign review dates, creative refreshes, and scheduled team work.

What to track#

Track upcoming launches, creative review windows, planned refreshes, and campaign milestones. Use the Create Schedule button to add a new item to the calendar.

Navigate the calendar#

Use the month controls to move between dates. Keep scheduled items tied to the selected brand so the team has one place to check what is coming next.

Create or edit a schedule#

Schedules can be one-time or recurring. When creating a schedule, define the job name, timing, repeat behavior, and task description. Existing scheduled jobs can be edited, deleted, viewed in execution history, or forced to run soon when that action is available.

Calendar and list behavior#

The calendar view groups scheduled work by date. Empty dates stay visible so upcoming work can be planned spatially. On smaller screens, the scheduler switches to a mobile-friendly grid/list flow.
