Connections

Connections manages external accounts for the selected brand. It groups available connections into Ad Accounts, Analytics, and MMPs. Providers and actions depend on your plan, permissions, and connection state.

Connect an ad account

  1. Select the team and brand that should use the account.
  2. Open Connections and choose the provider under Ad Accounts.
  3. Follow the displayed authorization or credential steps. Select the account you intend to use.
  4. Complete Start Initial Sync: choose the historical date range you need.
  5. Complete Set Daily Sync Schedule when prompted, then inspect the account connection and sync state.
  6. Open Ad Monitor after data becomes available.

Connecting an account and finishing a data sync are different steps. Initial sync can take time; an empty performance view does not by itself mean authorization failed.

Check missing data

Confirm the current brand, selected account, connection state, initial sync range, and reporting dates. If authorization expired, use the connection recovery action shown for the account. Follow any permission guidance displayed for the provider.

If the account is connected but data is still syncing, wait for the sync state to finish before expecting all reporting rows. If there are no ads or no activity in that date range, there may be no performance rows to display.

Daily sync and disconnecting

The account detail includes sync setup. Stop daily sync pauses future daily syncs; existing data is kept and an in-progress run finishes. This is different from disconnecting an account. Read the provider-specific confirmation before removing a connection.

Analytics and MMPs

Use the Analytics or MMPs group for the corresponding measurement source, then follow its connection form. These sources do not replace an ad account connection for campaign data.
