Overview

Playad helps you research, create, and review ads in the context of a selected team and brand. Start with the task you want to complete; the pages below explain where to go and what to check next. Menus and actions can vary with your role, plan, and device.

Start from Home#

Use Home to return to the brand workspace starting page. Choose New Chat in the sidebar when you want to ask a question or begin a task. Existing conversations remain in the sidebar history.

Common workflow#

1. Select your team and brand. Check the brand name before creating or looking for work.
2. Add product context in Brand and reusable media in Assets.
3. For existing ad performance, open Connections, connect an ad account, and complete the initial sync.
4. Choose New Chat to open Chat and ask a question or describe what you want to create. Include your objective, audience, and desired format.
5. Use Projects to edit work yourself. Find generated, imported, and exported results in Creations.
6. Review connected campaign data in Ad Monitor and individual ads in Creative Performance.

Use Connections for the Playad connection flow. For platform preparation, choose one of the Ad Integrations guides available in the documentation navigation. The listed platforms depend on what is enabled in your environment.

Frequently asked questions#

• Where do I start? Select a team and brand, then describe one concrete task in Chat.
• Where is my generated image or video? Check the original conversation and Creations for the same brand.
• Why is Ad Monitor empty? Check the brand, connected account, initial sync, and reporting dates in Connections and Ad Monitor.
• Where do I edit a design? Open Projects on desktop. Creations holds output files; not every output has an editable project.
• How do I contact a person? Choose Support directly in the sidebar to reach the in-app support messenger.
