Overview

Playad is organized around a selected team and brand. The top bar chooses the workspace, and the left sidebar moves between the product areas used to plan, create, edit, monitor, and export ads.

  • Chat is the agent workspace for prompts, guided missions, research, and generated recommendations.
  • Scheduler shows scheduled jobs and recurring work on a calendar.
  • Ad Monitor reviews connected ad performance by platform, date window, campaign, ad group, and ad.
  • Creative Sets groups image, video, and interactive creatives for a campaign or testing idea.
  • Avatar Studio browses, saves, customizes, and creates presenter avatars for video creative.
  • Assets manages brand media, logos, folders, favorites, and reusable source material.
  • Inspiration finds and saves competitor/reference ads.
  • Brand stores brand identity, knowledge, assets, audience, markets, and language context.
  • Export History lists completed exports and download actions.
  • Settings manages profile, team, brands, integrations, billing, preferences, members, and ad accounts.

  • Google Ads — Google Ads account, billing, conversion tracking with GTM or gtag.
  • TikTok Ads — Business Center, advertiser account, billing, verification, Pixel.
  • ChatGPT Ads — OpenAI Ads account, API key, Measurement Pixel.

Common workflow

  1. Select the right team and brand.
  2. Confirm the Brand profile and Assets are current.
  3. Use Chat or Inspiration to plan a direction.
  4. Create or open a Creative Set.
  5. Edit individual creatives in the image or video editor.
  6. Export finished work and review it in Export History.
  7. Use Ad Monitor to decide what to refresh next.
