Avatars
Open Avatars from the main navigation to find reusable presenters for avatar-led creative. Browse shows the available library; Library shows avatars saved or created for your team.
Browse and save a presenter
Use search and filters such as gender, age, and ethnicity to narrow the available avatars. Open a presenter to review it, then use the available save or customize action. Availability depends on the team's access and plan limits.
Create an avatar
- Choose Create from Scratch to open Avatar Appearance.
- Choose AI Generate to create an image from a prompt, or Use My Image to upload and crop a presenter image.
- For generation, choose the model and aspect ratio, describe the presenter, and add reference images if the selected model supports them. Generate and review the image.
- Choose Set Avatar Profile to continue to the profile step. This advances the setup; it does not finish creating the avatar.
- Enter the avatar's name and review the profile fields, such as avatar type, gender, age, and personality. Continue to Voice Selection.
- Review and select the voice you want to use, then choose Generate Avatar to complete the creation request.
- Check Library for the resulting avatar before reusing it in creative work.
Keep the presenter's mouth clearly visible for speaking videos. If the crop, pose, or an object hides it, replace or adjust the image before continuing.
Custom avatar limits
Custom avatar creation depends on the team's plan. If its custom avatar limit has been reached, Create from Scratch opens the upgrade flow. Check the limit before trying the same creation again.
Use avatars in creative creation
In Chat, include the presenter or avatar reference together with your product, audience, script, and desired duration. Review the generated result in the conversation and Creations. Use Projects when an associated editable project is available.
