Healish is a compression-stocking brand. With Playad Autopilot, the team tested more than 30 static ad variations, increased ROAS from 150% to approximately 230%, and reduced weekly ad operations from more than 20 hours to roughly one.

Healish's team and marketer were spending more than 20 hours each week taking product photos, creating ads, launching tests, checking performance, and preparing reports.
They had also tested Reels, but the format did not perform well. Carousel ads were working better. The problem was producing enough carousel variations to keep testing without adding more manual work.
Playad Autopilot generated and tested more than 30 image-led creatives across seven different messages:
The product information and medical-device advertising constraints stayed consistent. The hook, copy, layout, and reason to buy changed between variations.
Instead of continuing to push video, the team focused production on carousel ads—the format the account was already rewarding.
The strongest lesson was simple: meaningful variation mattered more than format variety.
A swelling-focused ad tested a different customer motivation from a self-care, social-proof, or promotional ad. That gave the campaign more useful signals than producing near-identical designs with different colors.
Carousel ads continued to outperform Reels, so the team produced more of what was working and stopped spending time on a weaker format.
That made the next production decision obvious and kept the testing cycle focused.
| Metric | Before | With Playad Autopilot |
|---|---|---|
| ROAS | 150% | Approximately 230% |
| Weekly ad operations | More than 20 hours | Roughly 1 hour |
| Creative production | Manual shoots and assembly | 30+ tested variations |
| Best-performing format | Not established | Carousel ads |
The result was not one perfect AI-generated ad. It was a faster testing loop: create distinct variations, measure the response, and produce more of what worked.
Healish increased ROAS while returning at least 19 hours of weekly operating time to the team.
More importantly, creative production stopped being a bottleneck. Playad handled the recurring generation, testing, monitoring, and reporting work while the team stayed focused on the product and offer.
Performance and workflow figures were supplied by Healish and the campaign operators and have not been independently audited. Individual results vary.
